This words reminds of Gandhi's assassination. These are the the last words of Gandhi his grandson, written on a piece of paper, on their final day together, shortly before his assassination. It is called "Seven Blunders of the World".

I did more research after reading your comment - it turns out that Gandhi's grandson added one more "blunder" to his grandfather's list...

Rights without responsibilities.

That gave me chills when I read it - how applicable to the issue of gun safety.
